One day in colorectal clinic.40 years old man with history of liver mets from rectal cancer, walk out from a doctor's room. Then we heard the sound of the door closed. And the doctor said to me,

"With the sound of that closed door that man just have less than 1 year left"

And silence came to us. I saw his teary eyes.

That guy knew how much time left for him. what about us? Maybe we think we still have 50 years? or 20 years? But we might even have just a day or an hour.. ya Allah.. im not ready yet..
